Before use
- ★Carefully remove the product from its packaging and check that every part is intact and properly connected.
- ★Before first use, clean the product according to the cleaning instructions and let it dry completely.
- ★Check that the vacuum release button works. Do not use a damaged, cracked, discoloured or incomplete product.
Step-by-step use
- ★Place the silicone sealing ring onto the opening of the transparent cylinder and make sure it fits securely.
- ★Position the cylinder on the area of use so that the silicone ring rests evenly and provides a proper seal.
- ★Operate the hand pump ball slowly and gradually. Always increase the vacuum in small steps.
- ★Keep monitoring your comfort during use. In case of pain, numbness, discolouration, bruising or any unpleasant sensation, press the vacuum release button immediately and stop using the product.
- ★When finishing, fully release the vacuum with the release button. Only then remove the cylinder carefully.
- ★Clean and completely dry the product after every use.

Cleaning
- ★Before cleaning, fully release the vacuum and detach the removable parts if this can be done without damage.
- ★Clean the cylinder and the silicone sealing ring with lukewarm water and a mild, neutral cleanser. Wipe the pump ball and the valve with a damp, soft cloth.
- ★Do not use abrasives, scouring tools, solvents or aggressive chemicals.
- ★Do not immerse the complete product, especially the pump ball and the valve, in water or any other liquid.
- ★Wipe the cleaned parts with a soft, clean cloth, then let them dry completely in a well-ventilated place.
Maintenance and storage
- ★Regularly check the cylinder, tube, seals, pump ball and release button for wear, cracks or other damage.
- ★Store the completely clean and dry product in a cool, dry place protected from direct sunlight.
- ★Protect it from extreme temperatures, moisture, dust and mechanical damage.
Troubleshooting
No vacuum builds up
Check how the silicone ring sits, the tube connections and that the vacuum release button is closed. If any part is damaged or leaking, stop using the product.
The vacuum is too strong or uncomfortable
Press the vacuum release button immediately. Once the vacuum is gone, carefully remove the cylinder and stop using the product.
The vacuum cannot be released with the button
Do not pump further. Carefully break the seal at the silicone ring, then have the product checked or replaced before using it again.
Disposal: Dispose of the product according to the applicable local waste regulations. Where possible, separate parts made of different materials. Do not burn the product.
